Mohali, Kolkata say they can give security provided state police are not required for election duty.
Security or no security, the bottom line is that IPL matches will be held in India even if its on the condition said by the govt because at the end of the day the message that India wants to send out is that cricket is safe if not in Pakistan but Pakistan’s neighborhood.
